      I am the Head teacher, Designated Safeguarding Officer and Governor for the school.
      I also promote Values Education and organise our Family Values each month.
      I love my job and am very lucky to be able to spend time teaching in all the classrooms at some point during the year and I get to sit on Top Table each Friday lunchtime!
      I enjoy walking in the beautiful countryside with my lovely (but very mischievous) Springer Spaniel called Daisy, eating anything chocolate related and spending lots of quality time with my friends and family

      My name is Miss Quinn and I teach Teme Class, Year 4. I’ve been teaching at Mordiford since 2006 and feel lucky to work in such a beautiful setting. I have taught many year groups and have had the opportunity to visit many amazing countries such as India, France, Turkey, Sweden, Italy and Spain through our Comenius project. I coordinate PE and Science.
      In my spare time I like to keep fit by running and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

      I’m Mrs Broadbridge and I teach Wye class (Year 3 children). I’ve been a teacher since 1991 and I’ve worked in Suffolk and Herefordshire. I’ve taught at Mordiford for over 12 years and I’ve taught Year 2 to Year 6, so lots of children!!
      At school I’m the subject leader for History, Geography, RE/Collective Worship and the Global Dimension. I also mentor the student teachers that come to our school. My passions are Global work, History and Shakespeare/Drama. I also help Mrs Oakley run the school choir.
      When I’m not at school I love spending time with my husband and my twin boys, when they are home from University. I enjoy watching them all play cricket too. Travelling, reading a good book, scrap-booking and going to quizzes are also things I enjoy doing in my free time. Oh, and I love a really good curry!!

      My name is Mrs Oakley. I teach our Reception Class. I really enjoy the flexibility and spontaneity EYFS gives me. I am also music, art and computing co-ordinator, which all keep me very busy. I run our school choir with help from Mrs Broadbridge.

      I live locally with my husband and two children. When I am not at school I enjoy going to see my son and daughter sing and play in concerts, walking with my family and singing with the Mordiford community choir. I also like a good Sunday drive and am very lucky that my clever husband builds classic cars!

      Hi there, I am Mrs Chattington the Teaching Assistant in Arrow Class.  I joined Mordiford School in February 2015 and thoroughly love coming to work.  I help to support pupils during Literacy and Maths as well as the whole class throughout the morning.  My favourite subjects to be involved in are Maths and Science, having a Forensic Engineering background encourages this.

      I have recently relocated back to Hereford from Wokingham, Berkshire, with my son and husband. I am always very busy out of school, trying to fit in my many hobbies after my toddler goes to bed!  These include belly-dancing, running, using my creative side and baking.

      My name is Mrs Scotford. I have worked at Mordiford since 1990, so I have seen a lot of changes over the years. My many jobs include running breakfast club, serving hot lunches, first aid duties and being caretaker of our school. All of my 3 children attended Mordiford and loved their time here. My grandson now attends the school. My favourite hobby is baking cakes for friends and family.

      I am Mr Foster. I teach Year 5 in Frome Class and am also the school’s Deputy Head and Literacy Coordinator. Outside of school I really enjoy taking part in a range of different sports, spending time with my wife and two young children, walking my pet dog and tending my allotment. I also love reading and always like to be told about the books the children in the school are enjoying.

      I’m Mrs Cooper and I’ve been at Mordiford since 2005, when my boys were in KS1. I enjoy teaching all subjects but most of all enjoy teaching maths, literacy and PMFL/French.
      When I’m not working I love spending time with my family and my dog, Angus. I always have a great book on the go and my treat is going to the theatre. I love animals and have been a vegetarian for most of my life.
      I love Mordiford School as it is like one big happy family and the view from my classroom is beautiful!!

      Hello, my name is Miss Glover and I am the teacher in Monnow Class. I am fairly new to Mordiford School, having joined in September 2014, but I am enjoying it very much. Teaching Literacy, Science, History and PE are my favourite subjects. My main role and responsibility is towards teaching my Year 1 pupils and ensuring that all children in my class achieve their potential in a happy, secure classroom environment. Every child is encouraged as much as possible to develop confidence and independence.
      I live in Hereford with my three children and I have a pet retriever dog called Grace. Out of school, I enjoy training at the gym, swimming and enjoying long walks with my dog. I also like eating out at nice restaurants and meeting up with my friends. I love to read and like nothing better than curling up with a good book and a cup of tea!

I have been a parent, Governor and teacher at Mordiford since 1995.  My responsibilities include Forest school, numeracy and the curriculum. Outside the classroom, I love being outdoors and making the most of the wonderful countryside that surrounds us.
